Meet Caleb Turner
Caleb Turner is the founder and owner of Red Dirt Home Buyers. Born and raised in Oklahoma City, Caleb grew up appreciating the strong neighborhoods, hardworking families, and sense of community that make Oklahoma a place people are proud to call home.
After watching friends and neighbors struggle to sell houses that needed repairs, had been inherited, or came with difficult circumstances, he founded Red Dirt Home Buyers in 2020 to give Oklahoma homeowners a simpler, more straightforward alternative to the traditional sale.
What Caleb believes
Homeowners deserve honest answers, fair offers, and the freedom to sell on a timeline that works for them. Under Caleb's leadership, Red Dirt Home Buyers focuses on clear communication, respectful service, and practical solutions — without repairs, showings, commissions, or unnecessary pressure. When he is not helping local homeowners, Caleb is spending time with his family, exploring Oklahoma's small towns, and supporting locally owned businesses across the OKC community.
How we are funded
We purchase with our own funds rather than assigning contracts to third parties. There is no lender, no appraisal, and no financing contingency, which is the specific reason we can hold a closing date when a retail buyer's loan would fall apart.
What we will not do
- We will not tell you a cash offer beats a listing when it does not. If your house is market-ready and you have time, we will say so.
- We will not tie up your property under contract while we shop it around looking for someone to take our place.
- We will not put an artificial deadline on an offer to force a decision.
- We are not licensed real estate agents and we do not represent you. We are the buyer, and our interests are our own. You are welcome to have your own agent or attorney review anything we hand you.
